Our mission is to empower Filipino nurses with advanced skills, evidence-based practices, and modern technology. By elevating practice standards, we aim to eliminate unnecessary pain, protect patient comfort & safety, and change the hospital experience so no one ever dreads seeking the care they need.

Our Mission

To advance the science and practice of vascular access and infusions in the Philippines through research, education, training, and dissemination of evidence-based standards.
To promote patient safety and quality care by establishing best practices in the insertion, maintenance, and management of vascular access devices and infusions delivery.
To provide continuing professional development for healthcare workers – such as nurses, physicians, pharmacists, and technicians – in the field of vascular access and infusions.
To facilitate collaboration among local and international vascular access and infusions organizations, healthcare institutions, and professional societies.
To conduct conferences, workshops, and outreach programs to improve public and professional awareness of proper vascular access and infusions care.
To operate as a non-stock, non-profit organization, where all income is used solely to support the organization's mission, programs, and activities.
